Overview

Broadcast Messaging allows Supervisors to send important announcements to all active dispatchers in real time.

✅ Supervisor role required.

Open Messaging Panel
- Click Broadcast Messages from the Dashboard.
Compose Message
- Type the announcement or alert.
Send Broadcast
- Click Send.
- All logged-in dispatchers will see the message immediately.

Can broadcasts be sent to specific users?	No, broadcasts go to all logged-in dispatchers.
Are broadcasts stored?	Yes, they are logged in the Audit Log.
Can broadcasts include attachments?	No, text only.
