Overview
The User Analytics dashboard tracks individual dispatcher performance, showing how efficiently they handle incidents and use Prepared Assist tools.
Prerequisites
✅ Supervisor or Admin role required.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Analytics Module
From the main navigation, click Analytics.
Select User Analytics Tab
View individual dispatcher performance metrics.
Apply Filters
Adjust by date range, nature code, or shift.
Export Performance Data
Click Export for CSV or PDF.
