After reading this section, you will be able to access, filter, and export analytics reports to track incident trends, dispatcher performance, and system usage.


Overview

Analytics Reports offer detailed performance data to help Supervisors and Admins:

  • Identify high-performing dispatchers.

  • Track incident trends by time of day, nature code, and call volume.

  • Monitor media collection rates.

  • Analyze transfer and resolution times.


Prerequisites

Supervisor or Admin role required.


Detailed Instructions

1. Access Analytics Reports

  • From the main navigation, click Analytics.

  • Open the Reports tab.

2. Available Reports

  • Incident Trends — Volume, nature code distribution, response times.

  • Dispatcher Workload — Calls handled per dispatcher, time to first action.

  • Media Collection — Percentage of incidents with photo/video collected.

3. Apply Filters

  • Date range.

  • Nature code.

  • Dispatcher or team.

4. Export Reports

  • Click Export and choose:

    • PDF for summaries.

    • CSV for detailed data.


Best Practices

  • Review reports weekly with shift leads.

  • Use data to support training plans.

  • Share relevant data with executive leadership.
