Overview

The Analytics Reports provide Supervisors and Admins with incident trends, dispatcher activity, and system usage data to support performance reviews and operational improvements.


Prerequisites

Supervisor or Admin role required.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access Analytics Module

    • Click Analytics from the main menu.

  2. Select Reports

    • Choose a report type:

      • Incident Trends.

      • Media Collection Rates.

      • Dispatcher Workload.

  3. Apply Filters

    • Filter by:

      • Date range.

      • Nature code.

      • Dispatcher.

  4. Export Data

    • Click Export to download CSV or PDF reports.
