After reading this section, you will be able to track dispatcher performance trends and identify top performers using the Weekly Leaderboard feature.


Overview

The Weekly Leaderboard provides Supervisors and Admins with a weekly snapshot of dispatcher performance, highlighting key metrics:

  • Total incidents handled.

  • Media requests sent.

  • Average time to resolution.

  • Percentage of incidents with media collected.


Prerequisites

Supervisor or Admin role required.


Detailed Instructions

1. Accessing the Weekly Leaderboard

  • From the main navigation, click Analytics.

  • Open the Leaderboard tab.

2. Understanding Leaderboard Metrics

  • Each dispatcher is ranked by:

    • Total incidents handled.

    • Media request activity.

    • Incident resolution speed.

  • Click any dispatcher’s name to see a detailed breakdown of their activity.

3. Applying Filters

  • Adjust filters to:

    • Change the date range.

    • Focus on specific teams, shifts, or nature codes.


Best Practices

  • Use the leaderboard in weekly performance reviews.

  • Identify top performers for recognition programs.

  • Identify outliers to offer coaching or retraining.
