Overview

The Weekly Leaderboard tracks and ranks dispatcher performance, offering insights into incident handling activity such as call volume, media requests, and resolution speed.


Prerequisites

Supervisor or Admin role required.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open Analytics Module

    • From the main navigation, click Analytics.

  2. View Weekly Leaderboard

    • Select the Leaderboard tab.

    • Review dispatcher rankings for:

      • Total incidents handled.

      • Media requests sent.

      • Average response time.

  3. Filter by Date or Role

    • Use filters to adjust the date range or view specific teams or shifts.
