Flagging incidents allows Supervisors to highlight calls requiring review, such as critical incidents, training opportunities, or policy violations.
Prerequisites
✅ Supervisor role required.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Flag an Incident
Open any active or resolved incident.
Click Flag Incident.
Add optional notes explaining why it’s flagged.
Review Flagged Incidents
Open the Supervisor Dashboard.
Use the Flagged Incidents filter.
Open incidents to review transcripts, media, and notes.
