Overview

Flagging incidents allows Supervisors to highlight calls requiring review, such as critical incidents, training opportunities, or policy violations.


Prerequisites

Supervisor role required.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Flag an Incident

    • Open any active or resolved incident.

    • Click Flag Incident.

    • Add optional notes explaining why it’s flagged.

  2. Review Flagged Incidents

    • Open the Supervisor Dashboard.

    • Use the Flagged Incidents filter.

    • Open incidents to review transcripts, media, and notes.
