The Supervisor Dashboard provides a real-time view of active and resolved incidents, flagged incidents, and incident summaries, giving supervisors insight into current call handling and operational trends.

Supervisor role required.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access Supervisor Dashboard

    • Click Supervisor Dashboard in the main navigation.

  2. View Live Incidents

    • Review active incidents, flagged incidents, and incident summaries.

  3. Use Filters

    • Filter by date, nature code, flagged status, or dispatcher.

  4. Open Incident Details

    • Click any incident to view transcripts, media, and location data.
