Overview

Real-Time Transcription automatically converts live audio calls into text, improving documentation and call review accuracy.


Prerequisites

✅ IT Admin or Supervisor role required.
✅ Audio Collector installed (for Prepared Assist Pro).
✅ Network configured to allow Prepared domains.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Settings > Audio Setup.

  2. Confirm your agency’s audio source (phone system, workstation mic, etc.).

  3. Install and configure the Prepared Audio Collector if using SIP capture.

  4. Enable Real-Time Transcription toggle.

  5. Click Save Settings.
