Overview
Nature codes classify incident types to help dispatchers and supervisors categorize calls.
Prerequisites
✅ Supervisor role required.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Settings > Nature Codes.
Click Add Nature Code.
Enter a code name and description.
Assign a color for easy identification.
Click Save.
