After reading this section, you will be able to log into Prepared Assist using either standard credentials or Single Sign-On (SSO).

Prepared Assist supports two login options:

• Standard Login: Email and password.

• Single Sign-On (SSO): Use your agency credentials via Okta, Azure AD, etc.

✅ Prepared Assist account.
✅ Internet connection.
✅ If SSO is enabled, you need your agency credentials.

1. Go to https://portal.prepared911.com.

2. Enter your email and password.

3. Click Login.

1. On the login page, click Login with SSO.

2. Enter your agency email address.

3. Follow your agency’s authentication prompts.

• Bookmark the login page for quick access.

• Use password managers to securely store your credentials.

• If using SSO, confirm your agency’s SSO configuration is up to date.
