This section will teach you how to configure audio capture, map users to calls, and verify audio quality in Prepared Assist Pro.

Prepared Assist Pro collects audio using a Collector App, mapping calls to users based on seat position or SIP extensions.

✅ IT Admin role required.
✅ Windows 10 or Linux host machine with internet access.
✅ Npcap installed (Windows only).

1. Download and install Npcap (Windows only).

2. Download and install the Prepared Collector App.

3. Obtain and enter your API Key.

1. In Settings > Audio Management, select a Mapping Option:

   • By seat position.

   • By SIP extension.

2. Assign aliases if needed.

1. View captured calls under All Calls.

2. Confirm ANI/ALI data is present.

3. Run test calls to verify.
