You will learn how to share incident data, including media, with external agencies directly from the Prepared dashboard.


Overview

Prepared Assist allows incidents to be shared with external agencies or stakeholders for improved situational awareness and collaboration.


Prerequisites

✅ Supervisor or Dispatcher role required.
✅ External agency contacts must be pre-configured in Agency Contacts.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Configure Contacts & Groups

  1. Open Settings > Agency Contacts.

  2. Add external contacts (name, email, phone).

  3. Create Agency Groups (e.g., Fire, EMS).

Share an Incident

  1. Open the incident.

  2. Click Share Incident.

  3. Select recipients (individuals or groups).

  4. Set access duration (1 hour to 24 hours).

  5. Click Share.
