This process allows you to share incidents, including media and transcripts, with external agencies or partners.

To collaborate with law enforcement, fire, EMS, or neighboring jurisdictions.
To ensure accurate transfer of incident data.
Prerequisites
✅ Dispatcher or Supervisor role required.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the incident you want to share.
Click Share Incident.
Select the agency or partner from the list.
Confirm the information to be shared (media, location, transcript).
Click Send.
