Outcome Statement
You will be able to reset user passwords to restore access to Prepared Assist.
Overview
Supervisors and Admins can reset user passwords directly from the Users section.
Prerequisites
✅ Administrator or Supervisor role required.
Step-by-Step Instructions
User-Initiated Reset
From the login page, click Forgot Password.
Enter the user’s email address.
Follow the reset link in the email.
Administrator-Initiated Reset
Open Settings > Manage Users.
Locate the user.
Click Edit > Reset Password.
The user receives a reset email.
