Outcome Statement

You will be able to reset user passwords to restore access to Prepared Assist.


Overview

Supervisors and Admins can reset user passwords directly from the Users section.


Prerequisites

Administrator or Supervisor role required.


Step-by-Step Instructions

User-Initiated Reset

  1. From the login page, click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter the user’s email address.

  3. Follow the reset link in the email.

Administrator-Initiated Reset

  1. Open Settings > Manage Users.

  2. Locate the user.

  3. Click Edit > Reset Password.

  4. The user receives a reset email.
