Overview

The Analytics tab provides access to:

  • Flagged Logs

  • Usage Logs

  • Audit Logs

  • All Incidents Reports


Prerequisites

Supervisor or Director role required.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Accessing Analytics

  1. Click Analytics from the navigation bar.

  2. Choose a report type:

    • Flagged Logs

    • Usage Logs

    • Audit Logs

    • All Incidents

Filtering & Customizing Reports

  1. Apply filters (date, user role, incident type).

  2. Save custom dashboards for quick access.

  3. Export data to CSV or PDF.
