Prerequisites
β Supervisor or IT Admin role required.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Settings > Manage Users.
Search for the user.
Click Edit User.
Select the appropriate role (Dispatcher, Supervisor, IT Admin).
Adjust individual permissions if needed.
Click Save.
