The Audio Setup Wizard helps dispatchers configure and test microphones, speakers, and headsets for Prepared calls.

During initial setup.

Prerequisites
✅ Prepared account and browser access.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Settings > Audio Setup.
Select your microphone and speakers from the dropdown lists.
Click Test Audio to play a sample sound.
Speak into the microphone to confirm input detection.
Click Save Settings.
