Prerequisites
✅ Supervisor or Dispatcher role with message editing permissions.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Settings > Canned Messages.
Click Add Message.
Enter the message text and optional translation.
Assign the message to a category (e.g., Location Requests, Media Requests).
Click Save.
