Prerequisites

βœ… Caller must click the link sent by the dispatcher to initiate media sharing.
βœ… Dispatchers must have media request permissions enabled.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Request Media from Caller

  1. Open the active incident.

  2. Click Request Media from the actions menu.

  3. Select the type of media:

    • Photo

    • Video

    • Live Stream

  4. Confirm the phone number and send the request.

Receive and Review Media

  1. Once the caller accepts the request, media appears in the incident panel.

  2. Review all incoming photos, videos, or streams in real time.

  3. Save or forward media as needed.
