Step-by-Step Instructions
Access the Supervisor Dashboard
Click Dashboard from the top navigation bar.
Select Supervisor View.
Monitor Incidents
View all active and recently completed incidents.
Use filters to sort by:
Dispatcher
Nature Code
Date/Time
Flagged/Unflagged Status
Review Flagged Incidents
Click any flagged incident to open the details view.
Review:
Transcription and Media
Location Data
Notes and Flags
Add your comments or actions directly in the incident.
