Prerequisites

Step-by-Step Instructions

Access the Supervisor Dashboard

  1. Click Dashboard from the top navigation bar.

  2. Select Supervisor View.

Monitor Incidents

  1. View all active and recently completed incidents.

  2. Use filters to sort by:

    • Dispatcher

    • Nature Code

    • Date/Time

    • Flagged/Unflagged Status

Review Flagged Incidents

  1. Click any flagged incident to open the details view.

  2. Review:

    • Transcription and Media

    • Location Data

    • Notes and Flags

  3. Add your comments or actions directly in the incident.
