Single Sign-On (SSO) allows users to log into Prepared using your agency’s existing identity provider (IdP) credentials.

Prerequisites

βœ… Prepared Admin Access
βœ… Agency Identity Provider (IdP) (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace)
βœ… Metadata URL or File from your IdP
βœ… Prepared SSO URL and Audience URI (provided by Prepared Support)


Step-by-Step Instructions

Enable SSO in Prepared

  1. Log into Prepared as an Admin.

  2. Go to Settings > Single Sign-On.

  3. Select Configure SSO.

Enter IdP Details

  1. Paste the Metadata URL from your IdP, or upload the metadata file.

  2. Enter the SSO Audience URI provided by Prepared.

  3. Save your configuration.

Test SSO Access

  1. Sign out of Prepared.

  2. Go to your Prepared login page.

  3. Click Login with SSO.

  4. Confirm your identity through your agency’s IdP.
