Viewing/Searching the Incident Archive

By navigating to the Archive within the Prepared dashboard, users are able to search for and revisit specific calls should they need to access them. Note: Supervisors/Administrators have the option to limit Archive access to those with Dispatcher permissions.
By clicking "Archive" at the top of the dashboard, users with appropriate access can utilize the search function, narrow down the results with specific filters, and find incidents that need to be revisited.
