To successfully access and utilize Prepared, these are the minimum technical requirements that must be met by the PSAP.
Dispatch Center Requirements
Browser Requirements
Prepared users belonging to a dispatch centers are recommended to use the product from:
Google Chrome 24 (released in 2013) or higher
Mozilla Firefox 22 (released in 2013) or higher
Microsoft Edge v15 (released in 2020) or higher
Note: Prepared can only be used with a stable internet connection. Intermittent internet will lead to intermittent connection to the livestream, although this will not affect recordings. The absolute minimum bandwidth required by a center is 200kb/s.
