This document outlines the appropriate contacts and channels for requesting support related to Prepared.
General Inquiries and Technical Support
For general questions, troubleshooting, and technical assistance, customers should utilize the following resources:
Online Help Center: The quickest way to find answers to frequently asked questions and guides is through our online documentation.
Non-Urgent Email Support: For non-urgent technical issues, please email our support team at support@prepared911.com. You can also report these items via the “Manage” button in the top right corner of an active chatroom - see screenshot below.
General Questions: For all other questions, you can reach out to your customer experience manager.
Critical Incidents and Emergency Support
For urgent, system-down issues that significantly impact operations, the following dedicated channel should be used for immediate response:

This email is monitored around the clock for critical incident response, and pages the on-call Support and Engineering rotation. Please have a detailed description of the issue ready.
