Overview
Default Messages are pre-written, approved text messages available for dispatchers to send during live incidents. These messages improve response times, ensure consistent communication, and reduce errors.
Examples of Default Messages

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access Default Messages
From the Dashboard, click Settings.
Click Default Messages in the left navigation.
2. Review Existing Messages
Review the list of available default messages.
These messages cover common requests like:
Location sharing.
Sending photos or videos.
Confirming emergency type.
3. Add or Edit Messages
To edit, click the Edit icon.
Modify the text, and if applicable, assign a nature code.
Click Save.
To add, click Add Default Message.
Enter the message text.
Assign a nature code (optional).
Click Save.
