Nature codes label incidents with predefined categories like “Medical,” “Fire,” or “Suspicious Activity.” This helps with reporting, analytics, and trend identification.
Prerequisites
✅ Supervisor role required.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Settings > Nature Codes.
Click Add Nature Code to create a new code.
Enter:
Name
Description
Color
Click Save.
