This section will guide you on how to archive, search, and manage historical incidents in Prepared Assist.


Overview

The Archive feature allows you to store resolved incidents in a searchable location for review, auditing, and analysis.


Prerequisites

✅ Dispatcher or Supervisor role required.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Archive an Incident

  1. Locate the resolved incident in the Incidents Dashboard.

  2. Click Actions > Archive.

  3. Confirm the archive action.

Search and Review Archived Incidents

  1. Click Archive from the main navigation.

  2. Use filters (date range, keyword, incident number) to narrow your search.

  3. Select an incident to view full details, including media and notes.
