Function
Allows supported iPhone callers to stream live video or share media during an active call (without relying only on link-based sharing).
Usage
Turn ON if your center is operationally ready for caller video intake and policy/training supports it.
Leave OFF if not operationally ready.
Assistive Call Taking CAD Integration → “Send AI Generated Insights to CAD Automatically” (toggle)
Function
Automatically sends AI-generated ACT insights to CAD when you have a validated ACT ↔ CAD integration in place.
Usage
Turn ON only if your CAD integration is live and validated.
Leave OFF if your center does not have CAD integration enabled (otherwise it may create expectations without functional impact).
