Tags are labels you apply to incidents for tracking, filtering, QA/coaching, analytics, and auditability. Tags can also be set to Auto-apply with AI.

Tags page (table)

  • Tag

  • Description (operational definition)

  • Auto-apply with AI (toggle)

  • Chatroom Count

  • Actions (⋯): View in Analytics / View Audit Logs / Delete Tag

Create Tags page

  • Custom Tag: Name, Description, Auto-apply with AI

  • Template Tags: import and then adjust definitions to match local policy/terminology

Best practice for Auto-apply with AI

  • Keep Auto-apply OFF until the definition is tight.

  • Turn it on after a supervisor reviews results for a short trial period.
