  1. Open the Analytics dashboard.

  2. Set time window (e.g., last 7 days).

  3. Review:

    • Total call volume

    • Resolution vs transfer

    • Safety escalations

    • Agent_failure rate

  4. Compared to the prior period.

  5. Document:

    • Stable

    • Improving

    • Degrading

  6. Escalate if a degradation trend is observed.

Trend analysis must compare periods, not isolated days.
