  1. Open call in Triage.

  2. Read transcript from start to finish.

  3. Review timeline events.

  4. Confirm:

    • Intent identified correctly

    • Safety triggers (if any)

    • Guardrail events

  5. Review summary.

  6. Review scoring categories.

  7. Review transfer reason.

Document findings if anomaly detected.
