Open Dashboard.
Review:
Total recent calls
Status distribution
Look for:
Sudden spikes in transfers
Increase in failures
Unexpected fallback transfers
Step 2 – Identify Outliers
Look for:
Multiple failures in short window
Increase in agent_failure
Increase in safety escalations
Unexpected jurisdiction transfers
If no anomalies are visible, document routine review and proceed.
Step 3 – Drill into Specific Calls
Click into unusual calls.
Open Triage view.
Review:

Timeline
Transfer reason
CFS status (if applicable)
Scores and tags
Do not evaluate based on status alone.
