Step 1 – Scan Overall Activity

  1. Open Dashboard.

  2. Review:

    • Total recent calls

    • Status distribution

  3. Look for:

    • Sudden spikes in transfers

    • Increase in failures

    • Unexpected fallback transfers


Step 2 – Identify Outliers

Look for:

  • Multiple failures in short window

  • Increase in agent_failure

  • Increase in safety escalations

  • Unexpected jurisdiction transfers

If no anomalies are visible, document routine review and proceed.


Step 3 – Drill into Specific Calls

  1. Click into unusual calls.

  2. Open Triage view.

  3. Review:

    • Transcript

    • Timeline

    • Transfer reason

    • CFS status (if applicable)

    • Scores and tags

Do not evaluate based on status alone.
