Troubleshoot a Failed CAD Submission

  1. Open the call in Triage.

  2. Check CFS status = Failed (or equivalent).

  3. Open the submission/audit details.

  4. Identify:

    • Which field failed validation

    • Whether the error is mapping vs missing field, or CAD downtime

  5. Confirm required fields were present in the transcript/summary.

  6. Validate field mapping configuration.

  7. If multiple failures occur in a short time window:

    • Treat as an integration health issue

    • Escalate to Admin and Prepared Support with examples (Call IDs, timestamps, error messages)
