Troubleshoot a Failed CAD Submission

Open the call in Triage.
Check CFS status = Failed (or equivalent).
Open the submission/audit details.
Identify:
Which field failed validation
Whether the error is mapping vs missing field, or CAD downtime
Confirm required fields were present in the transcript/summary.
Validate field mapping configuration.
If multiple failures occur in a short time window:
Treat as an integration health issue
Escalate to Admin and Prepared Support with examples (Call IDs, timestamps, error messages)
