Draft Fallback Behavior

Draft fallback is designed to protect data quality.

When triggered (commonly by missing required fields or validation issues):

• ANET does not submit a final CFS automatically

• The call may still transfer or resolve based on configured action

• A draft record may be created depending on integration setup

Draft behavior prevents incomplete or unusable CAD records.
