Behavior:

  • No human approval required

  • Only occurs when required fields are present and valid

Best used when:

  • Data quality is consistently high

  • Call types are predictable

  • Agency policy supports automation


Suggested CFS

Behavior:

  • ANET prepares a draft CFS for human review

  • A call-taker or supervisor approves/submits

  • Used when required fields may be incomplete or agency wants final review

Best used when:

  • Agency wants controlled adoption

  • Call types vary

  • Required fields are hard to capture reliably
