How to Configure a Transfer

Step 1 – Define Destination
Open intent action settings.
Select “Transfer.”
Enter destination number.
Step 2 – Configure Fallback Number
Enter backup transfer line.
Confirm it does not loop to ANET.
Validate routing with telephony team.
Step 3 – Test Routing
Place controlled test call.
Trigger transfer condition.
Confirm arrival at correct line.
Validate caller ID behavior.
Routing must be validated end-to-end.
