  • Immediate transfer

  • Marked as safety-related in review tools


Guardrail Escalation

Triggered by:

  • Maximum call duration

  • System timeouts

  • AI provider failure

  • Language instability

Behavior:

  • Transfer via configured fallback

  • May appear as a safeguard transfer
