Guardrails and Operational Limits

Edited

ANET includes built-in guardrails to prevent drift or instability.

Examples include:

  • Time limits on calls

  • Maximum language switches

  • Confidence thresholds for intent changes

  • Transfer overrides

These limits:

  • Protect caller experience

  • Prevent looping behavior

  • Maintain system stability

Guardrails cannot be disabled when safety risk is present.
