Safety-First Design Philosophy

ANET is intentionally conservative.

Throughout the call, ANET evaluates for:

• Explicit human request

• Mentions of violence or danger

• Unsafe ambiguity

• System instability

When triggered:

• Normal routing may be bypassed.

• The call transfers immediately.

• The transfer is treated as a safety override.

Safety escalations:

• The expected behavior

• Reflect risk bias

• Protect caller access to live assistance

Automation never blocks access to a human when safety is uncertain.
